Yes. We provide free migration support. Send us your existing spreadsheets and our team will import your residents, apartments, and payment history into Grid. No data entry needed on your end.

Residents access their portal through a web browser — no app download required. They can raise maintenance tickets, view their rent status, and communicate with you directly through the platform.

Grid generates Cashfree payment links for each resident every month. Residents pay via UPI, net banking, or cards. Payments are automatically reconciled and reflected in your dashboard. You can also manually record cash or direct UPI payments.

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use enterprise-grade infrastructure (Convex for backend, Clerk for authentication). Your financial data is never shared with third parties.

Those are listing portals — they help you find tenants. Grid is a management platform — it helps you manage them after they move in. Rent collection, maintenance, agreements, communication, and financial reporting. We also help you fill vacancies through our tenant marketplace, but management is the core product.
